Transwestern / Beacon Capital

Goal

Transwestern, on behalf of Beacon Capital, engaged us to capture Bank of America Tower in downtown Houston, focusing on its public food hall and event space, The Understory. Using an FPV drone fly-through, we created an immersive video experience designed to:

01. Highlight

Highlight the food court and public spaces to attract visitors and increase traffic.

02. Promote

Promote food vendors and events to strengthen the tower’s role as a community destination.

03. Showcase

Showcase modern amenities that make the building attractive to prospective tenants.

04. Provide

Provide leasing teams with dynamic content to present the property’s unique value.

I had the opportunity to work with Lauren to curate drone video content for our social media channels at Understory Food Hall in Downtown Houston.
